With over 18 years of experience helping clients buy and sell homes, Matt brings an understanding of the industry in a highly competitive real estate market. His extensive knowledge of the local community and his dedication to his profession enable him to provide thorough, thoughtful, and personalized service to his valued clients. As a homeowner in the area and a real estate investor, Matt knows first-hand the value of owning real estate.
 
Matt takes great pride in serving every client with individualized attention, remaining accessible throughout the process, and tailoring his approach to meet each client’s needs. When facing a challenge, Matt is solution-oriented and focuses on creative problem-solving to deliver results for his clients. Matt is a strong negotiator who relentlessly pursues the best terms for his clients. Matt is known for his loyalty, professionalism, and integrity. And his sense of humor helps to diffuse the sometimes-stressful process of buying and selling.
 
When working with sellers, Matt offers comprehensive pre-listing services and has an extensive network of reliable vendors and service providers. He conducts detailed market evaluations to provide his sellers with current and honest feedback about their homes in this fast-moving market. When working with buyers, Matt takes the time to really understand the buyers’ criteria to identify homes that meet their budget and lifestyle.
 
Matt is personable, professional, and understands the importance of fostering long-term relationships with his clients. He knows that his business depends upon the personal experiences of past clients, which are evidenced by his business growth from referrals and repeat clients. He combines his passion for real estate with his understanding of the market to offer the highest quality representation to his clients.
 
Matt is a second-generation real estate agent. He was born, raised, and currently resides in the East Bay with his wife, Shannon, and their two children. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. When he is not helping people buy or sell homes, Matt loves to spend quality time with his family, taking advantage of all the sights, sounds, and tastes the Bay Area has to offer.
