Get to Know Me

David Wilhite began his career in Real Estate at the age of 19 (that’s over 40 years ago) and has been a lifelong East Bay Area resident. He has been married to his wife, Lisa, for over 40 years. They have three children, Matthew, Adam, and Kimberly. He is a committed community leader and highly respected Real Estate Broker.
 
David believes in giving back to the community through contributions and volunteer work in the greater East Bay region. He is systematic, honest, hardworking, and caring. His positive energy and years of focused experience are a rare combination in the Real Estate industry. He has been responsible for over 6000 real estate transactions during his career.
 
David has coached and sponsored hundreds of youth sports throughout the East Bay, including football, softball, baseball, soccer, basketball, and judo. If he is not working, coaching, or volunteering, you might find him at a Giant’s/A’s game or fishing with his family.
 
David is a proud member of Kiwanis – a service club that serves local children and families in need. He is a member of the local business networking organization LeTip and a former President of the Castro Valley/Eden Area Chamber of Commerce. He is currently the Treasurer of the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District Foundation.
 
David is a two-time “Broker of the Year” winner – Master Associate Designation – Member of the California and National Association of REALTORS® and the Bay East Association of REALTORS®.
