Hello, I’m Bob Pace, a seasoned real estate agent with a deep-rooted passion for real estate and a commitment to exceeding my clients’ goals. My journey in real estate began in 2007 after graduating from Sonoma State University with a BA degree in communications. However, my connection to the industry runs even deeper. My mother owned and operated a highly successful property management company in the East Bay for over 35 years, allowing me to witness firsthand the dynamic relationships between property owners, tenants, and contractors. This early introduction to real estate instilled a lifelong interest in the field.
 
My career commenced during a challenging economic period, and I’ve emerged stronger because of it. In 2015, I took my commitment to the next level by obtaining my broker’s license, demonstrating my unwavering dedication and determination to stay ahead in this competitive industry. Real estate is not just my profession; it’s my passion.
